KT tape

You have for sure seen somebody wearing this tape during an event or training in your community. I just have one thing to say: Don’t knock it til you try it! I have used KT tape for Plantar fasciitis, pulled calf muscles, lower back pain, metatarsal pain, and plan to use it for the next issue I have.  Of course it is not the only thing that I do if I am feeling injured, but it really does make a difference. The best way that I can describe it is positive pressure. When I apply KT tape it feels like the circulation in the injured area is increased. It also feels warm. The tape is very comfortable and can stay in place for days. It sticks so well that it can easily remove unwanted hair.  This is one of those products that you should

Recently my wife rolled her ankle. She uses the tape to give her added support and to feel more stable. She relies on the KT tape for support but also now to prevent reinjuring her ankle.

If you have a specific injury or just a nagging pain, before getting major surgery, go to the KT tape website http://www.kttape.com/ and check out some of the instructions on how to apply for different injuries. I have been pleased to find that there are instructions for many of my concerns. It comes in different colors too. Red for me, GO UTES!
