There is still time to shop!  Here are a few great options for your favorite endurance athlete.  Most are under $50.

Arrowhere–  Give the gift of safety.  This company has taken bike & run safety to the next level.  Everyone is aware of the importance of having reflective apparel.  The Arrowhere vest tells them where to go.  The concept here is decision sight distance. Giving a moving vehicle the time to react because the reflection contains a message.  The arrow is sending very clear communication to move in a specific direction.  The strip of reflective material on the ArroWhere Dark vest is powerful.  This is the gift that any runner or cyclist will appreciate.  Rest easy knowing that we all will be seen better with ArroWhere.  Great prices for vests, jackets, and backpack covers.

Birkenstock– This world class company took the classic Arizona and made it out of EVA.  It is a great price point at under $50.  These EVAs don’t have a break in period.  I wore these right out of the box and they are very comfortable.  The best part about them is you can take them in the water.  Unlike leather Birks that will change dramatically and be damaged if they keep getting wet.  The footbed in these EVA sandals are surprisingly very comfortable.  They actually look like solid black leather.

Brooklyn Bicycle Co.- This great bike company in New York has a price point for city bikes that is right on the money.  With excellent character in each style there are several options.  If you can’t afford to give the gift of wheels that is ok.  The Oxford Handlebar Bag is a great option for the bike commuter or the weekend cruiser.  Made with recycled inner tubes this bag is unique and durable.  This is a great stocking stuffer that is compatible with any bike.

CAMELBAK- The Ultra Handheld Chill soft flask is the best portable run/hike option for hydration.  The flask has some structure to keep its shape with less fluid.  The construction of the holster allows for a variety of holds.  The multiple diagonal weave straps allow for fingers to spread out and relax. The silicon back stops slipping.  The mesh holster has  excellent breathability.  So many different ways to grip your hand will never cramp.  The mesh holster also has a perfect size zipper pocket for the iphone 6 and a smaller mesh pocket that fits a couple energy gels.    This is the most comfortable handheld hydration that I have ever used.

Catalyst Ipad Pro waterproof case- This case is perfect for the active lifestyle. The first fully waterproof case for the Ipad Pro.  Poolside, beachside, or in the tub, this case will keep your tech dry.  The case is safely tested to about 6 ft. deep.  The case is completely sealed and does not increase the size dramatically.  The buttons are all still fully functional.  The sound is still really clear.  I thought it would be muffled and it sounds great.  The case is light and durable with a very clear sealed screen.   Whether it is food in the kitchen or snow and rain outside this case protects effectively.

Donjoy Cold Form Back wrap Hot/Cold- This is the gift that you can borrow when the training gets tough.  I really like the HOT/COLD option.  The gel pack allows the user to mold the desired shape.  Even though it says back you can use this for legs, especially quads and calves.  I like the gel pack for my feet.  The Back wrap strap is super comfortable to wear around.  And it is the perfect time to grab this product on sale.  For under $50 this is therapy priced right.

Klymit Hammock pad- Hammocks are already super comfortable.  Add the NEW Klymit Hammock Pad and the whole experience just got better.  More importantly if you are camping with your hammock you need to consider when the temperatures drop and the hammock gets cold.  The pad solves the cold chill.  The Hammock pad provides extra insulation.  The wings help keep you cozy on all sides.  The pad just wraps around you.  The pad also has some silicon grip so the pad can stay put. and if you need a hammock check out .

Everyone needs a good pocket knife.  The knife is the essential tool that has to be included on the gear list of every major adventure.  The OPINEL  knife is a perfect fit.  This folding blade has a whistle in the smooth, durable handle.  The blade is very sharp and very sturdy.  This french knife company knows how to this high quality product last.  You can special order knives with would handles and blades that are personalized.  These knives have several ways to add a personal touch.  The unique construction and simple folding function make it a classic.  Several options under $50.

QALO rings- Most adventures don’t allow you to wear your wedding ring.  And if you did it might be damaged.  Or worse, you could banana peel your finger.  Jimmy Fallon had it happen in his kitchen.   So, imagine wedging your finger in a rock wall.  So besides the safety factor I have really liked having the QALO rings for Golf, running, Cycling, snowsports, and watersports.  The rings are all traditional ring sizes with a variety of styles and colors.  It is also a good reminder to everyone that you are committed.  Buy a multipack.
