MBT Shoes Deliver Cushioning & Performance SPEED 2

The NEW Speed 2 is worth a long look.

MBT makes shoes that are physiologically constructed to cushion the natural stride.  The advanced features in their shoes focus on multiple layers of cushion.  Different densities that support running. These layers are positioned around a midsole pivot that gives a special curve to the shoe.  The pivot creates a rolling with each strike.  This is a rocking from heel to toe.  If you are more of a mid-foot striker you will appreciate the propulsion forward.  The shoe is a fast shoe.

ran a 5k in the SPEED 2 and it felt terrific.  This 5k had significant up
and down hill.  The cushioning is ideal for downhill acceleration.  I
also wore it traveling and enjoyed the comfort of the foot bed.  My feet
have had zero discomfort during several different runs.

The American Podiatric Medical Association or APMA Seal of Acceptance and Seal of Approval are granted to products found to promote good foot health. To earn the seal, each product is reviewed by a group of APMA podiatrists to ensure it promotes foot health. The committee also looks at information on the product’s safety, quality control, and other data. MBT has earned the APMA Seal of Approval for many of their shoes including the Speed 2, and many more.

This seal of approval makes perfect sense to me because I have lower back issues. When my back is tender running on the road can inflame the irritation. I noticed that the MBT Speed 2 was great for me road running when my back is sore. I think that the MBT proprietary structure really helps to cushion each stride. This really helped me to keep moving when my back was irritated.

Just take a look at this sole. There is something unique about this shoe. The heel cushioning is very comfortable.

Overall the MBT Speed 2 is a decent value at $129.95. It is durable and worth the price.
