SCOTT Kinabalu ENDURO durability and flexibility

The Scott Kinabalu ENDURO is a flexible trail shoe with durability in all terrain.

The Kinabalu Enduro is a shoe geared towards heavy use, with good support and durability. This is not supposed to be a race shoe.  Compared to other shoes of this type, the features of the Enduro make it smoother, softer and more conforming to both the ground and the foot.

The SCOTT KINABALU ENDURO is your go to shoe for going out and putting in serious training miles day in day out. The shoe holds up to heavy duty wear and tear.  Here are some of the key features of the shoe:

eRide tuned midsole – Dynamic stability is the body’s own way to run efficiently and safely over uneven terrain. The eRIDE TUNED midsole has strategic flex zones to provide asymmetric flexibility and enhance ground adaptation while a EVA foam provides cushioning.  eRide adapts like the human foot to offer greater dynamic stability.  This really helps with down hill charging.  Really getting moving down with a heel brake and eRide helps to roll heel to toe with flexibility to pivot quickly.  Toe to heel it does well also becuase of the 3 sections and how they flex.  For a beefy trail shoe it feels very light under foot.

VIBRAM is the world leader in high performance rubber soles. The MEGAGRIP sole offers unparalleled grip on wet and dry surfaces, superior grip with rugged longevity and optimal balance of stability and flexibility for ground adaptation. Notice the 3 seperate sections.  This is what gives the Scott Kinabalu ENDURO great versatility in movement.

Seamless one piece upper – The one-piece KPU upper hugs and adapts to your foot offering all day comfort and support when you need it most. The KPU mold offers best in class abrasion resistance and durability.  This durability is unparalleled in trail shoes.  This makes this a great shoe for heavy up and down hill on rocky and loose terrain.  I love this picture and purposefully made it huge.  This one piece upper delivers protection on the upper that is tough and conforming. It has protected my foot running many times. This shoe gets 2 big thumbs up from me.  It is definitely not a race shoe but it is one that I go to for protection, flexibility, and durability.
