AIR RELAX compression boots

Having a solid recovery plan is essential to success in any endurance endeavor.  When time outside intensifies the need for good recovery increases.  I have noticed this is more important every year I get older.  AIR RELAX compression boots are the most economical way to get compression boots.

I have really enjoyed having the AIR RELAX system ready to go after a hard run, ride, or race.  It is amazing how much better your legs will feel after sitting in these for 10-15 minutes.  It is like having a really good leg massage.  The leg sleeves are pillows that fill with air.  As they inflate they squeeze.  With 4 levels of adjustable pressure and 3 pre-programmed treatments you will never grow tired of this recovery tool.

I have always been a believer in regular massage.  The AIR RELAX is a great way to build a great leg massage into every day no matter what your schedule.  All you need is a comfortable chair or bed and an electrical outlet.

The AIR RELAX comes complete in a cardboard box with a handle.  The pressurizing machine, the tubes and the leg sleeves are very compact and easy for travel.  Warning!  once you use it you will want to have it with you wherever your active life takes you.

Here is a list of a few of the activities that I have seen benefit in using the AIR RELAX:

-Running, Road & Trail.

-Biking, MTB, Triathlon, etc.

-Swimming

– Skiing, snowboarding, touring, splitboarding.

– Travelling, after long airplane rides.

-Training

-Hiking

-Crossfit

Basically anything that pushes you physically and really leaves your legs exhausted.

For $398.97 US this is a great investment in your recovery.  I put this at the top of my list for gear that can really help you improve in 2017.

I look forward to trying the arm sleeves and other accessories.  Check out the AIR RELAX at air-relax.com
